How long will my order take to reach me?

UK - Royal Mail is our go-to shipping provider and usually takes about 2-3 working days from dispatch. If they are experiencing delays, we then use Evri or Yodel. Your order will always be tracked so you can watch it on its journey to you.

Outside of the UK - We use Royal Mail Tracked And Signed For International Postal Service for our international orders. They usually take 7 working days from dispatch to reach you.

We do everything we can to make sure your orders reach you on time, however sometimes there may be unforeseen circumstances but you will always be notified.

I can’t wait too long for my delivery, what can i do?

If you require your order in a rush, please reach out to us via email on baani.co@outlook.com and we can arrange alternative postage methods for you to help you get your order as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on our jewellery. However, if you recieved faulty jewellery, please do reach out to us via DM or email us on baani.co@outlook.com and we can help you further.

Will my item look like it does online?

We take all our product pictures in the most natural light possible. Whilst all care has been taken to ensure everything is to real life, there may be slight variation in how colours pick up on camera. But not to worry! We wouldn’t post anything inaccurate on our website. Shop without a worry.

What if my item is faulty?

If you experience any problems with your order at all, please contact baani.co@outlook.com and we’ll get it sorted.
